Holo, full art and alt art Pokémon cards fade when exposed to UV light, and the glazing is the part of the frame that protects them. Every frame is glazed with one of two acrylics:

Plexiglas UV100 blocks 99% of ultraviolet light, the main cause of fading in card inks and foils. It is the standard glazing on every frame, and it is lighter and far more shatter-resistant than glass.
Moth-Eye museum acrylic is an anti-reflective acrylic used for museum and gallery framing with enhanced protection. Its surface cuts reflections to almost nothing, so your cards look as if there is no glazing at all, even under spotlights or in a bright room. It's the better choice for your most valuable cards, such as a Moonbreon, a Prismatic Evolutions Special Illustration Rare or vintage WOTC holos from Base Set and Fossil.
Which should you choose? If the frame will hang in a room with windows, spotlights or strong overhead lighting, or you want your cards to look as clear as possible, choose Moth-Eye. For many collections, Plexiglas UV100 gives similar UV protection at a lower price.
