1. Production Time

All frames are made to order in our workshop and are customised to your chosen specifications. Production time varies, the current production time can be found in the announcement banner.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on location and customs processing.

These estimates do not include production time. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–12 business days depending on destination.

4. Customs and Import Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, there are no additional charges for you to pay on delivery.
