1. Production Time

All frames are made to order in our workshop and are customised to your chosen specifications. Orders are usually finished within 3–5 business days before being passed on to our shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on location and customs processing.

These estimates do not include production time. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–12 business days depending on destination.

4. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
