Returns & Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our frames are made to order in our workshop and are customised to your chosen specifications, including card layout, size, materials, and finish. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your frame arrives damaged in transit or you believe there is a fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the frame and any packaging damage

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund.

3. How We Resolve Issues

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will work with you to find the best resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repairing the frame
  • Sending a replacement
  • Issuing a partial or full refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
